Refund policy

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of orders. Orders may be returned for refund to the original method of payment. Shipping and return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.

We may offer replacement or refund at our discretion if the products sold meet the following conditions:

  • The product is not of merchantable quality.
  • The product does not correspond to the technical specifications of the product online
  • The product contains defects or faults
  • The product is not suitable for purchase as described online.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
  • Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • All items must be in perfect condition (unworn, unused, unworn). If an item arrives at our warehouse and is considered used, we will notify the customer by email and proceed with the return.
We are not obligated to issue a refund or exchange if:
  • The customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the item or simply does not like it.
  • The customer has found the same or similar products cheaper elsewhere.
  • The price of the item purchased by the customer has been adjusted online or in-store and is now cheaper after the date of purchase.
  • Exchanging items is not part of our return policy.

Once the customer has submitted a return request and we have evaluated it, we will inform the customer accordingly.

If the product needs to be refunded, we will process the refund to the payment method used. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed once we have received the goods.

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If the customer has received:

  • a damaged, defective or incorrect product, a refund will be issued for both the product and shipping charges
  • a product that the Customer no longer wishes to purchase; the cost of the product will only be refunded if it is returned in perfect condition, new and unused, if we receive it within 30 days from the date it was originally received.

Initiating a return online is easy

  • Enter your order number and your email address or phone number to log in.
  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions, just 4 steps to complete the return request and submit.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive notifications of email updates with shipping guidelines.
